Telehealth Services
Update March 2020: Given the current restrictions due to COVID-19, I am shifting my practice to virtual platforms and offering services over telehealth. This allows me to continue providing support for my clients, and to extend my services to residents all over the state of California.
If during this time of social isolation, you find yourself feeling more depressed and anxious, please reach out to discuss resources. If I can’t help you, I'll connect you to someone who can.

My office is located in the Mak Medical building at 4200 18th Street, in San Francisco's Castro District.
Public Transportation: My office is very accessible via public transportation. I am a 2 minute walk from the Castro Muni station, and other MUNI lines are very close by (24 Divisadero, 33 Stanyan, 35 Glen Park, and F streetcars).
Parking: Can be challenging in this central location. Some street street parking is available, but it is very limited. There are some nearby parking garages. I would recommend arriving 15 or more minutes before your appointment to find a space if you drive.
ADA: the building and my space is fully accessible, with an elevator to my floor and an accessible restroom in my office unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I am very aware that life is complicated and can often get in the way of the best intentions to access support. However, I do hold your scheduled appointment time for you alone, and it is very difficult for me to fill your last-minute cancelled session on short notice. If it is possible, I will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment without charging you, but please know that my ability to do this is limited.
Therefore, once an appointment hour is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24 hours (one day) advance notice of cancellation. Regular cancellations will necessitate a discussion about whether the timing of therapy is appropriate for you currently, and may result in a decision to terminate therapy for the time being.
