The space: Excellent natural light, fully furnished, and brightly decorated. It's one of the few vaulted ceiling spaces in this building, which gives it a much more spacious and open feel (though it's hard to really appreciate the unit height in pictures). Located just off the building's central, sunny courtyard.
The floor area is 9'7' x 13'2". Great for individuals, couples, families.
Comfortable Fjords recliner with ottoman.
Printer, mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and electric tea kettle available in the unit.
Cleaning, utilities, and WiFi are also included.
Use of office Chromebook possible (no lugging your laptop around!).
The building: This is a really funky and eclectic space, with a mixture of other therapists, bodyworkers, and other healing professionals--as well as hairdressers, tattoo artists, start-ups, film makers....you name it! I've really enjoyed being part of the community, and my clients love the atmosphere here. The building is ADA accessible, with each floor accessible by elevator, and there are waiting areas on floors 3-5.
It's on the corner of 18th and Treat, surrounded by the vibrant Mission district, and very well connected on multiple transit lines. 24-hour access with coded security entrance. Secure paid parking may be arranged separately with building management
Available Tuesdays and Sundays all day.
$200 day/month (with discounts for those using more than one day).
