Today I'd love to hear about YOUR favorite community resources.
What organization do you most frequently mention to those seeking assistance? What helpful information do you find yourself often sharing with others? What agency has an admirable mission and does work that inspires you? I appreciate the collective wisdom of our community, and always learn lots from our conversations, so thank you for sharing! (About Resource Mondays: I share my favorite local community resources on my blog each week, and I invite you to respond with your own suggestions, referrals, and helpful information. You are welcome to share and re-post any form of support you see here.)

In honor of tomorrow's election day, today I would like to mention the resources designed to provide equal access to the voting process in the city of San Francisco: Access for Voters with Disabilities: Information about mail-in ballots, audio information, TTY, assistive voting devices, personal assistance, curbside voting, and other tools. Multilingual Voter Service: Voter information in Chinese and Spanish; Filipino (Tagalog) information coming in 2015. Happy voting, everyone!
